What Is Trinity Pines?
If you’re looking for information on the Trinity Pines Subdivision, you have come to the right place!
The Trinity Pines Subdivision was developed sometime in the mid 60’s, and is located approximately 20 miles south of Hayfork. There are about 1500 lots in the subdivision, with about a quarter of them that are developed.
The roads are mostly dirt (only 3 major thoroughfares are paved) in the subdivision, while the road department keeps them graded and also plow most of them in the winter months.
Are you interested in alternative energy? Another reason for you to check out this area. There is no power available to the Trinity Pines Subdivision, so many residents rely on either solar or generator power. We have local solar distributors/installers for solar and/or generator systems in the Hayfork and Weaverville areas.
Phone is available to most parcels. The phone company that services Trinity County is Verizon. As you drive through the Subdivision you will see little green boxes about 3 feet high that are the phone boxes. They can give you an idea of how far Verizon would have to pull phone to your parcel. There are even spots where you might have cell service!
If you choose to buy in Trinity Pines you will probably need to get some type of water set up. We have contact information for well drillers in our area to get you started.
Big Valley Properties has many parcels available in a range of sizes and prices to fit anyone's budget. So, whether you are looking for property to build your home on or just a piece of Trinity County to camp out on, Trinity Pines may be the place for you!
